Redemption Instructions
In-store redemption
- Present the 16-digit redemption code to the cashier. This can be from the email or a printed version.
- The cashier will enter the code into the point-of-sale system.
- If the gift card balance doesn't cover the full cost, you can pay the remainder with another payment method.
- Note: In-store, you can also use a physical gift card by providing the card number and PIN located under the scratch tab
Online redemption
- At checkout, find and click the option for "apply coupon or gift card".
- Enter the 16-digit redemption code from your digital gift card email.
- Click "apply" to use the gift card funds towards your purchase.
- Use another payment method for any remaining balance

Your Loblaws gift card balance can be checked once your card has been activated by entering the card number and PIN code online.
