*Guaranteed Delivery Terms and Conditions
- New accounts must be set up and approved before placing an order.
- Orders must be placed and payment received in full by 11:59pm ET December 16, 2018.
- The guarantee does not apply if the guaranteed delivery date is missed due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, such as a severe storm, natural disaster, or a strike.
- A valid business address within Canada must be provided for shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
- An attempted delivery on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets the terms of our guarantee and is not subject to a refund.
- If the guaranteed delivery date is missed, we will refund the activation and fulfillment fees (shipping excluded).
- Claims for late delivery must be received by January 15, 2019, and will be credited to the account that was used to make the purchase by February 1, 2019.
